Destination Imagination (DI) is now accepting applications for the 2024-25 season, offering three major scholarships for students who have actively participated in DI.

Destination Imagination is awarding thousands of dollars in scholarships to students who embody creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
Whether you’re a graduating high school senior or currently in college, you could be eligible for one of these prestigious awards.
DI Scholarship Opportunities
1. DI Graduate of the Year Award
- $2,500 per year ($10,000 total)
- Recognizes an outstanding student who represents DI’s mission of creativity, leadership, and problem-solving.
2. Founders Award
- $1,500 per year ($6,000 total)
- Honors a student who has shown a strong commitment to volunteering and giving back to the DI community.
3. DI Scholar Award
- $1,000 one-time
- Five students who exemplify DI’s core values—respect, collaboration, stewardship, perseverance, and integrity.
Who Can Apply?
These scholarships are open to students who meet the following criteria:
- Must be graduating high school in 2025 or currently enrolled in a college, university, or trade school.
- Plan to attend a post-secondary institution during the 2025-26 academic year.
- You must have Actively participated in Destination Imagination as a team member or volunteer during the 2024-25 Challenge season.
How to Apply: Step-by-Step Guide
Required Application Materials
- Online Application Form – Includes your contact details and a photo.
- Brief Bio (500 words or less) – Tell your personal story. This isn’t about grades—it’s about who you are and what DI means to you.
- Letter of Recommendation – A strong endorsement from someone who can highlight your passion and impact in DI.
- Creative Response – This is your chance to stand out. Answer these three questions in a unique and compelling way:
- How has Destination Imagination impacted your life?
- Why is it important to get others involved in DI?
- How do you embody the spirit of volunteerism in DI?

Submit a video, podcast, poem, song, website, or another original format that showcases your talents.
